Setup Livechat Chatbot Auto-Responder & Out-of-Office Message – Upwork
We're seeking an experienced chatbot developer or specialist to assist in the configuration of an automated response system for our Livechat sms text messaging platform. The main objectives are:
1. Automatically send a custom text SMS message to customers within the first 5 seconds of them initiating a chat.
2. Implement an 'out of office' auto-response text SMS message for times when we are not operating during business hours.
Key Requirements:
Experience with Livechat and Chatbot.
Ability to test and ensure functionality is working seamlessly.
Strong communication skills and responsiveness to feedback.
