Shell-Like Premium Speed Boats : jet capsule super sport

The new Jet Capsule Super Sport is the latest iteration of the iconic superboat designed by Pierpalo Lazzarini. The latest update is comprised of a much lighter build as the construction is about 500 kg lighter than its predecessor. Other details include the single-engine propulsion, which is backed by a range of 570 hp to 850 hp.

This means that it is able to reach up to 38 knots within the span of 12 seconds. Visually, the upper part of the boat’s structure is rounded and takes on a similar form of a shell. This is made from carbon fiber that is developed through vacuum-infusion molding processes, which aids the lightweight feel of the structure.
