Short EDA analysis – Upwork

In the dataset heart.csv, we find data records of people and also an indicator as to whether or not they have had a heart attack. The variables mean the following (I only mention the ones that are not obvious)

Sex = Sex, 1 is male and 0 is female
Chol: Cholesterol
Fbs: Fasting Blood Sugar
RestECG: Resting Electrocardiographic
ExAng: Exercise induced Angina (1 = yes, 0 = no)
Oldpeak: ST depression induced by Exercise Relative to Rest
Slope: The slope of the peak exercise ST Segment
Ca: Number of major vessels colored by flourosopy
Thal: A blood disorder called thalassemia
AHD: Heart attack
Based on this data, do the following:

1. Do an exploration of the data to see what we have, also explore if there are any missing data. If they exist, make a decision on how to treat them.
2. Reviewing the numerical variables, do you think it is necessary to perform some scaling of the data? If your answer is affirmative, choose a method and apply it.
3. Generate a categorical variable with age. Here choose one of the methods, based on the data, that makes the most sense.
4. Are there categorical variables in the dataset? Use some coding technique to be able to pass them to numbers.
5. Are there variables that have some degree of asymmetry? In case, apply some transformation to have a more symmetric variable.
6.Finally, can you think of a way to generate information extraction or generate a synthetic variable? If your answer is yes, do it.
