Social Media Focused Video Editor – Upwork
Hi, we're a small marketing agency. We're looking for a short-form video editor to turn around video-based social media content that will be posted on our and our client's Reels, Tik Tok, Shorts, Stories, Clapper, et al on a regular basis.
The right person must have in-depth experience with all platforms listed, know their respective formatting requirements, and be able play to each of their demographics, including trends. This includes things like where text can/can't be placed, embedded audio/effect, and how to use other popular editors like Capcut etc.
They will be someone creative who we can trust to work independently, but also understand each client's audience and shape content around it. We love feedback and suggestions, but will also be pretty clear about creative direction, including well-written scopes.
Finally, they must be a great communicator and able to turn around videos quickly. We understand that as we're getting to know each other there will be a learning curve, but we need to be able to snap these things out pretty rapidly sometimes.
To be considered, please link us to (at least) three pieces of short form video content you've previously created/edited. We do have a project that needs to be complete by Wednesday of this week, so we're looking to move quickly.
