We're a dynamic company looking for a talented, creative, and detail-oriented freelancer to manage and optimize our 3 Instagram and Facebook accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
Scheduling, planning and posting engaging content on a monthly basis for each platform.
Using Canva or another design tool to create professional graphics to enhance photographs and visuals.
Navigating Monday.com to organize and manage tasks, timelines, and projects.
Creating captivating and audience-oriented captions with ChatGPT or similar tools.
Setting up and optimizing Facebook and Instagram accounts, ensuring all the details and settings are correctly implemented.
Monitoring social media platforms, engaging with the audience, responding to comments, and managing customer service-related issues.
Providing monthly reports on social media activities and the performance of each post.
Qualifications and Skills:
Prior experience in managing Instagram and Facebook accounts.
Proficiency in using social media management tools.
Experience with design tools like Canva or similar software to enhance visual content.
Experience with project management tools like Monday.com.
Familiarity with AI language models like ChatGPT for content creation.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Excellent attention to detail and high standards for quality.
Creative mindset and ability to adapt to evolving trends.
