Job Description:
We're searching for a social media maestro to be the first team member of our startup. As a Social Media Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in managing our clients' social media platforms, curating captivating content, devising brilliant hashtag strategies, and analyzing the performance of our campaigns. You'll also have the opportunity to shape and optimize our current system and processes, making your mark on our exciting startup journey.
Responsibilities:
Take the reins and manage our clients' social media platforms with finesse
Create compelling content and devise strategic hashtag campaigns
Dive into analytics to analyze campaign performance and drive data-informed decisions
Develop an onboarding and welcome packet for our valued clients
Collaborate closely with our team to optimize our current system and processes
Requirements:
Prior experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
A keen eye for aesthetic detail and the ability to design visually stunning content
Proficiency in video editing for short-form content like reels and TikTok
Certification in digital marketing or social media management is a plus (but we value experience over certifications)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Ability to work remotely and be responsive to clients and revisions
Familiarity with platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and openness to exploring other platforms
