Seeking a skilled Social Media Specialist to join our vibrant team. Responsible for formulating and implementing social media strategies designed to enhance our online presence and elevate our brand.
Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and manage social media strategies for various clients across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Snapchat, TikTok, etc.).
Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content daily (e.g., original text, photos, videos, and news).
Develop an optimal posting schedule, taking web traffic and customer engagement metrics into account.
Monitor SEO and user engagement, suggest content optimization strategies.
Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling visual content.
Conduct social media audits to ensure best practices are being used.
Monitor competitor activity and stay up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends.
Implement a content editorial calendar to manage content and plan specific, timely marketing campaigns.
Respond to comments and customer queries in a timely manner, fostering a strong community of followers.
Qualifications:
Proven work experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role.
Demonstrated experience with social media platforms and digital marketing trends.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Multitasking and analytical skills.
Familiarity with web design and publishing.
Knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics is a plus.
