This includes marketing, project management, client relations, milestone tracking, onboarding, graphic design, copywriting, web content, development, and invoicing.
Your role will be to document and optimise these processes, aiming for a 20% speed increase. You'll focus on leveraging AI and software to enhance everything from client interactions and project management to staff hour tracking and invoicing. You'll also implement quality checks and address existing bottlenecks. You'll have a $2,000 budget for hiring freelancers for specific tasks and will collaborate closely with our team. We operate in the UTC+2 time zone, so your availability must align with ours.
Your timeline is strictly two months, and we're interested in results, not hours worked. You'll measure current process speeds, implement improvements, and then re-measure to ensure a 20% speed increase. You'll also train our team to maintain these improvements. If you achieve a 40% or greater speed increase in all processes, as verified by us, you'll earn a $5,000 bonus.
