MeraBo Real Estate Investments is hiring a Tax Deed & Mortgage Surplus Cold Calling & Lead Generation specialist to contact tax deed surplus and mortgage surplus leads and assist them in claiming their surplus funds from the state. The ideal candidate should have a background in cold calling or lead generation, possess strong verbal communication skills, be goal-oriented, and have excellent organizational skills. Responsibilities include initiating contacts with leads, conducting lead generation, educating and guiding leads on the claim process, collaborating with team members to provide support, meeting monthly targets, and staying updated on industry trends. Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in using technology to manage and track lead activities is crucial. While knowledge of tax deed surplus and mortgage surplus recovery processes is an advantage, it is not a requirement. Interested applicants must submit a resume and a brief cover letter highlighting relevant experience. Only candidates authorized to work in the United States will be considered. The hourly rate ranges from $3.00-$7.00.
