Let me keep this requirement brief: I am looking to develop a telegram bot for URL shortening as a Service.
Telegram Bot
Users want to add his own URL to generate short links.
User want to buy domain name from the bot to use as URL shorter (3rd party API)
User want to subscribe daily, weekly, monthly to this service
User want to pay using credit card, bank transfer/crypto (3rd party API)
WEB
Admin wants to manage users
Admin wants to suspend or unsuspend telegram bot users.
Admin wants to see sales analytics, daily, weekly, monthly, yearly.
Client will provide third party APIs.
