First I would say that I already have a fully developed bot to do what I need. The programmers who developed it, are very professional, but we're looking to improve a latency which only some expert people might know how to improve.

I will describe the problem here, and if you think you can solve it, please apply,
So we have a bot that listens to all messages coming through a telegram phone number (using the Hash ID and APP ID). We use asynchronous to do that, meaning we are connected to telegram and reading messages in real time.
We filter out messages coming to only 1 specific channel we are a member of, and we log the time that the message is sent in the group (we log the time that messages are received on the telegram server),
We then log the time our application received the message.
We found that we have between 2-4 seconds delay from the time the message is received in the telegram server (the message in this specific channel), till it arrives our App (until our telegramlistener app has received it).
This is a channel with many members, so this might be the reason for the delay, as in tests of channels with small amount of members, we don't have any delay.
We need a solution to solve this problem, so we can receive those messages without any latency, and before other members of this channel.
As mentioned before, only bright minds please, that can think of solutions.
We thought about changing MTProto proxy, or changing the library we work with, even changing to work with websocket and SSL instead, but not sure if these solutions will help or make it worse.
