Telegram Bot Developer for Automating Soccer Squad List Graphics
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Telegram bot developer to create a bot that automates the process of generating soccer squad list graphics for our team, Al Jazira.
Requirements:
1.Background & Logo Placement:
– The bot should differentiate between 'home' and 'away' games.
– Depending on the selection, it should adjust the position of Al Jazira's logo and the opposing team's logo. We will provide two versions of the graphic for both 'home' and 'away' with placeholders for team logos. We will also provide the logos for all the teams in the league.
2. Name & Number Placement:
– The bot must be able to take a list of player names and jersey numbers and place them correctly on the graphic. We will provide a database/linkage of all player names, their respective jersey numbers, and positions.
– It should recognize goalkeepers specifically and place a 'GK' icon next to their names.
3. Font Management:
– The bot should use specific fonts for the names and numbers. It's important to note that the Arabic numbers use a different font than the names. We will provide the necessary fonts.
4. Output:
– The bot should generate the squad list in two resolutions: 1080×1080 (for both Arabic and English) and a story size (only in Arabic).
5. Workflow:
– Upon starting the bot, the user should be presented with two options: 'Squad List' and 'Lineup'.
– For the 'Squad List' option: The bot should ask whether the game is 'home' or 'away', then prompt the user to select the opponent team from a list. After that, the bot should request the list of player names or just the numbers.
– Upon receiving all the necessary information, the bot will generate and send the graphic to the user.
Desired Skills:
– Proficient in Telegram bot development
– Experience with graphic manipulation using programming (e.g., Python with Pillow library or similar)
– Knowledge of Arabic language/font handling is a plus
Materials Provided:
– Empty backgrounds for 'home' and 'away' in Arabic, English, and story versions.
– All team logos
– Database of player names, numbers, and positions
– Required fonts
End Goal:
To have a fully functional Telegram bot that automates the creation of soccer squad list graphics as per the provided specifications.
