Telegram bot for sales support – Upwork
We are looking for a developer to create a Telegram bot to support the sale of products in a Telegram group.
The primary purpose of the bot is to anonymously record customer orders and forward this information anonymously to the client. Additionally, the bot should automatically forward all private messages to the client as a backup.
During interactions with the bot, customers should receive an updated list of available products connected to the JTL WaWi (Inventory Management System). Customers should have the option to select products from this inventory list for purchase. After selecting products, the bot should update the inventory (WaWi) to avoid potential conflicts with other customers.
The bot should also offer customers various payment methods and calculate the total amount, including shipping costs.
We expect the bot to be user-friendly and facilitate seamless interactions between customers and sellers.
