I'm looking for an EXPERT using Telegram API to create a bot that can run on a server 24/7 that can look for potential telegram channels that containing specific keywords. I need someone who can manage to run the bot without being banned by having the API banned after using it for a day or two. The bot will perform the following tasks:
1) Obtain the name and symbol from my private channel for every new message and use that as a keyword for the searches.
2) Input the name and symbol into a database with the date information (FIFO logic).
3) search for potential channels containing the name and/or symbol from step #2 based on FIFO logic.
4) filter the results to channels created no older than 15 days
5) send the results from step #3 to a new channel (I will provide the access to this channel)
6) remove that name and symbol from the database.
7) repeat step #3-6 for the next record in the database.
NOTE: in your proposal, please provide a strategic summary of how you plan to create this bot in order to avoid being flagged by Telegram and ultimately getting the API banned.
