A straightforward bot which lets the user send a video in chat, and send a given number of frames as pictures back to the user.
The bot should ask the user after he sent a video how many unique pictures he needs and. The number the user types in represents the number of frames the bot cuts out of the original video.
For example, I want 4 pictures, the bot then randomly selects 4 frames from the video and sends them back to me, if possible the pictures should not be blurry.
We were thinking of FFMpeg implementations, should you have better ideas or a better method, we trust in your expertise in that case.
