Telegram Copy/Edit Message/Send Bot – Upwork
I need a Python-based bot that will be able to run 24/7 on a Windows VPS (I already have one) and perform the following tasks. This is the step by step process that I want the bot to be doing:
1. Copy incoming messages from a private Telegram group
2. Change some of the text or images of the message
3. Send the modified message to another private Telegram group
Each of these steps should be happening automatically.
