Telegram + OpenAI bot on Python – Upwork

There will be several work scenarios, for a start I suggest doing something like the following:
– The user enters the scientific topic of interest
– Bot by request to gpt offers clarification options
– The user chooses from the proposed ones or specifies manually
– Gpt through the function searches in arXiv, writes a review of the first 5 articles
– The user chooses one of the options: A) Suggest a study on the topic – in this case, the bot must write a research plan
B) Supplement the review with 5 more articles
– Then the result is displayed – and it is proposed to start the process again.
You need to be able to cache all this (gpt responses, downloaded pdfs) and save (user requests and links to cached responses) in some kind of database.Hourly Range: $20.00-$43.00
