write a telegram bot that support these commands:
/upload – upload a file containing sessions+json of users.
/send [username],[frequency],[message] – will send the message to the user specified with username (for example @someone) every [frequency] minutes, each time by a different random session.
for example: /send @someone,60,This is a message
/stop [username]
will stop sending messages to [username]
/add-admin [username]
will add [username] to the list of users that are allowed to send commands to this bot.
/remove-admin [username]
will remove the admin.
/report [channel-id],[channel-id]…
will report the listed channels as spam to telegram
