Decentralized Project XYZ is on Terra blockchain and needs member to vote on governance proposals.
A telegram bot needs to be created where it notifies if any of the mentioned terra addresses haven't voted on any recent governance proposals.
– List of terra addresses will be provided
– Criteria for notifications is:
1. if address has voted on a proposal (notify via telegram)
2. if address has not voted on a proposal (notify via telegram)
(name of the terra project will be disclosed after acceptance)
