Job Overview:
Seeking a detail-oriented video editor to transform raw, single-angle footage into polished 30-60 second clips that both educate and engage. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring our content is crisp, clear, and optimized for viewer retention.
Responsibilities:
Edit raw video footage shot from a single angle, ensuring smooth transitions and high-quality output.
Incorporate simple jump cuts to enhance the video's flow and engagement factor.
Add related b-roll when necessary to emphasize key points and provide visual diversity.
Overlay captions synchronized with the spoken content to improve accessibility and retention.
Requirements:
Proven experience in video editing, preferably with short-form content like TikTok or YouTube shorts.
Strong understanding of storytelling techniques in video content.
An eye for detail and a passion for creating high-quality content.
Hourly Range: $4.00-$15.00
