I need a skilled programmer experienced in UCC Lead Scraping to develop a script for scraping UCC Leads.
scope:
Develop a script to scrape UCC Leads, extracting the following information:
Secured Party Name
UCC Filing Date
Debtor Company Name
Debtor Postal Address
Contact Name
Cell Number
Implement social engineering techniques to search the internet for the email address associated with the scraped leads.
Utilize various sources, including social media platforms, business listings, directories and other available resources, to source email addresses for the scraped leads.
Requirements:
Proven experience in UCC Lead Scraping and web scraping techniques.
Proficiency in programming languages commonly used for web scraping, such as Python, JavaScript, or Ruby.
Strong knowledge of data extraction methods and familiarity with tools like Beautiful Soup, Selenium, or Scrapy.
Solid understanding of UCC filing systems and familiarity with related legal concepts.
Experience with social engineering techniques and internet research to gather additional information.
Additional Skills (preferred but not required):
Familiarity with data analysis and manipulation techniques.
