UI/UX Designer for growing B2B SaaS – Upwork
We are looking for an experienced enterprise application user experience and interface designer or a small design agency with a keen eye for design and the skills to bring that design to fruition based on a rough wireframe and our existing application. The ideal candidate possesses advanced skills in UX and UI and is a willing collaborator.
Our product helps customer support teams provide instant help to their customers and reduce overall ticket volumes.
To be successful, you will need:
– Advanced skills in UX and UI
– Ability to map and understand user journey and experience
– Figma experience
– Willingness to discuss your work during live video calls
– Ability to deeply understand the product requirements and user personas
– Ability to work with a provided style guide (and ability to suggest changes to the style guide as needed)
– Ability to design software applications for business users (this is not a consumer application)
If you have prior experience developing wireframes and mockups for enterprise software applications, then please attach/link examples in your message.
This is an hourly-priced project, with clear milestones, which may go on 6-12 weeks after we award the project to a suitable designer. During the 6-12 week period, we expect this project to require a significant time commitment (20-40 hours) and are seeking to a 40 hour per week contract.
We are looking for a clean design that is highly functional, intuitive to users, and is aesthetically pleasing.
