Three well-known contemporary Swiss brands, namely Nespresso, Mammut, and HeiQ, have joined forces to launch an ultra-innovative and upcycled high-performance jacket. The garment is said to boast superior insulation suitable for both urban and outdoor environments, even at high altitudes. This limited edition jacket, available exclusively in Nespresso Switzerland, features Mammut’s Ajungilak® ultra-light insulation and HeiQ XReflex insulation technology which “distributes the body heat evenly inside the insulation layers.” Both outerwear technologies enable the upcycled high-performance jacket to “retain 20% more warmth than other jackets of similar thickness,” ensuring comfort in challenging weather conditions. The collaboration combines Mammut’s 160 years of safety and innovation with HeiQ’s expertise in innovative textiles and materials. Nespresso boldly contributes to the innovation, offering its recycled aluminum coffee capsules for the design of the silhouette.
