*Job Description:*
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced User Acquisition Manager to join our team as a consultant or a freelancer basis. As a User Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for driving user acquisition strategies for our casual mobile games across various ad networks. You should have a proven track record of successfully scaling mobile games and driving user growth. If you have a passion for mobile gaming and a strong understanding of mobile advertising, we'd love to hear from you!
*Responsibilities:*
1. Develop and execute user acquisition strategies to drive downloads and engagement for our casual mobile games.
2. Manage and optimize advertising campaigns across multiple ad networks, including but not limited to Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and others.
3. Analyze and report on the performance of UA campaigns, making data-driven decisions to improve ROI.
4. Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify trends and opportunities in the mobile gaming industry.
5. Collaborate with the marketing and development teams to ensure alignment with overall business goals.
6. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in user acquisition and mobile advertising.
*Requirements:*
– Proven experience in scaling mobile casual games across different ad networks.
– Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
– Familiarity with mobile gaming metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
– Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
– Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
*Preferred Qualifications:*
– Previous experience with casual mobile games in a similar role.
– Experience with A/B testing and creative optimization for ad campaigns.
– Knowledge of ad attribution and tracking tools.
– Experience with budget management and forecasting.
Hourly Range: $10.00-$31.00
