This is for a full time basis job. This position is open to individuals who have basic knowledge of construction. The ideal candidate will be responsible for uploading photos into construction management software (coconstruct), updating schedule for construction crew, updating/briefing superintendents regarding the next phase of each project, scheduling subcontractors, and getting bids from subcontractors.
We are a development company with 30 active projects in the Los Angeles area. We are looking for someone to join our team and keep our construction crew organized and efficient. If this sounds like you, please feel free to apply.
Hourly Range: $4.00-$8.00
