Hi all! A client of mine is getting ready to launch an online course on Kajabi. We're looking for someone to handle customer service for that product, AKA answering support emails, helping with account maintenance, login issues, etc. This might also grow into a larger scope role helping the client with their day to day administration needs such as scheduling, answering emails, etc.
– Must speak and communicate in professional English
– Familiar with customer service communications
– Experience in account management
– Experience with the platform Kajabi
– Attention to detail and is responsive
– Is able to be communicative in US PST for 1-2 hours per day
Hourly Range: $5.00-$15.00
