Virtual assistant – Upwork
First: We are a apparel decorating business, with a focus niche on Embroidery, and Direct to Garment products. It would be wise of you to know these industries.
As we design T-shirts, embroidered products etc, we will need an assistant to post the photos to our various online campaigns. Also, we are new and need an assistant to help start the same campaigns. you should be familiar with Instagram shops, Etsy stores, Amazon sellers accounts, and we are open to more suggestions.
An immediate and more than likely common request will be as follows:
A. We send you photos of a product just made
B. You upload the photos to a platform for sale
C. You adjust pricing, and ensure shipping and all things associated with site are ready for customer ordering.
D. Also, the images may need to go through artists, or find/use Mockup programs to add the images to real models. We have an account with Place-it and we can use that for models.
E. Develop Variants on each platform, you need to familiar with what this means. it takes time for each shirt variant
F. Learn how to use variant for colors as well.
Next, the assistant will help build our website or know people who can. We suggest you know something about DecoNetwork, or be willing to learn about that company. We will use them to link our manufacturer to the website, it is essentially where our domain rests.
Hourly: We have not set a price yet, as we need to interview and test the assistants first. Once we have a good relationship and proven, we can discuss higher salaries when sales increase for the new company.
