We're looking for a virtual assistant to join our small and enthusiastic team as we take on exciting new projects. As a virtual assistant, you'll be responsible for supporting our team of 2-3 people with tasks like managing their time, planning tasks, and communicating with customers. We need someone who is organized, a good communicator, and empathetic. This is a remote position, so attention to detail is crucial. Your main responsibilities will include managing team schedules, sending task reminders, and handling customer inquiries (about 5-20 per day) or passing them on to the team. Previous customer service experience and proficiency with Google Calendar are required. Knowledge of Notion and other productivity tools is a bonus. Fluency in English is a must.
Hourly Range: $5.00-$25.00
