Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned:
* Lead generation / calling on prospective clients (medical practices, hospitals, law firms etc.)
* Lead generation to find candidates, and to schedule meetings with the client + calendar management
* Data entry of candidate info into company database
* Email management
* Scheduling meetings and calendar management
* Assisting with projects as directed
* Working within their CRM
* Assisting with tasks related to attracting, qualifying, acquiring and onboarding new applicants
* Assisting the CEO with admin including: email management, scheduling and organizing etc.
* This role involves phone work, email follow up, CRM/online database work and using other online marketing-type tools.
* Must be able to communicate both on the phone and in email
Employee Admin, including onboarding etc.
Key Qualifications include the following:
* 1-2 years assisting an executive / owner
* Fluency in English writing and speaking
* Intermediate Excel/Google Docs
* Strong organizational skills
* Strong attention to detail
* Ability to learn quickly
* Able to multi-task
Hourly Range: $4.00-$11.00
