Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Virtual Assistant with expertise in ZOHO CRM to join our team. As a Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for building and maintaining a comprehensive CRM program tailored to our real estate investing business, focusing primarily on multi-unit buildings in the USA. Your main objective will be to effectively track leads, manage investor relations, and automate follow-ups to enhance our business efficiency.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a customized CRM program using ZOHO CRM specifically designed for real estate investing in multi-unit buildings.
Efficiently track and manage leads through the entire pipeline, from initial contact to the closing of property purchase opportunities.
Establish and maintain a comprehensive system to track investor leads, capital raising opportunities, and the conversion of leads into committed deals.
Convert leads into contacts and accounts within the CRM as they express interest in property sales, investment capital, or project participation.
Collaborate with the team to define and streamline the CRM workflow, ensuring all necessary information is captured accurately and in a timely manner.
Design and implement a video news lead generation strategy to attract potential clients and investors.
Create automated follow-up systems for email list subscribers to nurture relationships and promote engagement.
Provide ongoing CRM system maintenance, including regular data updates, integration with other tools, and troubleshooting issues as they arise.
Stay up-to-date with the latest CRM trends, features, and best practices to optimize the CRM program's effectiveness.
Requirements:
Previous experience in building and managing CRM systems, preferably using ZOHO CRM.
Strong knowledge and understanding of real estate investing, particularly in multi-unit buildings in the USA.
Proven track record of lead tracking and conversion in a real estate or investment setting.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple leads, accounts, and projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in video editing software and experience in creating engaging video content is a plus.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with clients, investors, and team members.
A detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy and data integrity.
Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
