GuitarZoom.com is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Social Media Analyst to join our dynamic team.
As a Social Media Analyst, you will play a crucial role in extracting insights and driving strategy through in-depth analysis of social media platforms such as TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and more
In addition to tracking content production, analyzing views and engagement metrics, and reporting on overall performance, you will also be responsible for advising the social media and content production team on trends, best practices, virality, and engagement strategies.
Responsibilities:
– Collect and analyze data from various social media platforms, including TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and others, to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization.
– Monitor and track the daily, weekly, and monthly production of content across all social media channels.
– Analyze views, likes, comments, shares, and other engagement metrics for each piece of content to evaluate its performance and inform future content strategies.
– Provide insights and recommendations to the social media and content production team on trends, best practices, and strategies for maximizing virality, engagement, and audience growth.
– Collaborate with the marketing team to develop data-driven strategies for content creation, distribution, and audience targeting.
– Evaluate the overall performance of each social media channel and platform based on key metrics such as follower growth, engagement rate, reach, and conversion rates.
– Generate insightful reports and visualizations to communicate content production, engagement metrics, and overall channel performance to stakeholders.
– Stay updated with emerging social media trends, platform updates, and industry best practices to drive innovation and keep the company at the forefront of social media marketing.
Requirements:
– Experience in Data Science and analysis.

– Proven experience in social media analysis, preferably in an e-commerce or digital marketing environment.
– Proficiency in utilizing social media platforms such as TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc., for data analysis and campaign optimization.
– Strong knowledge of social media analytics tools and techniques.
– Experience in tracking and reporting content production metrics on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
– Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
– Ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations and strategies.
– Strong communication and advisory skills to effectively guide the social media and content production team on trends, best practices, and engagement strategies.
