Zapier/Make Integration Expert – Upwork
Face-2-Face Talent Solutions is a boutique, global recruitment agency focused on aerospace, defense, semiconductor and manufacturing clients. We're trying to choose a CRM (Pipedrive, Hubspot or homegrown in Drupal) and integrate it into automated prospecting and outreach workflows using Zapier or Make. Our business developers use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to source prospects, then they use Meetalfred to automate outreach to those prospects, and we also need to track all the activity and interactions with prospects in a CRM. We also want to trigger email campaigns to prospects using Woodpecker.

Deliverables include:
*Help us choose the right CRM for our business. We're considering Pipedrive, Hubspot, Airtable and our own home-grown Drupal-based CRM (currently in Drupal 7).
*Help us choose the right integration tool: Zapier or Make
*Configure integrations
*Build automations
*Be available for changes
We do have other systems integration and automation work that we can use some help with as well, but let's start with this. Our availability is 12:00 PM PST to 8:00 PM PST.
Hourly Range: $15.00-$30.00
